Sadly, after just shy of 2 years, our time at the fantastic Islington Mill has come to a close. Whilst we absolutely loved being based there, and will miss the vibrancy and constant buzz and madness of the building, we simply outgrew the space available to us faster than expected and with our plans for rapid expansion in 2015 and onwards it was time to look for a new home to start the summer period from. After some searching and looking at old, dusty warehouses, we were offered an amazing opportunity to move just down the road alongside a new, exciting mill-based club/arts space project that we have been working with for some time now, and took the chance to upgrade our floor space significantly whilst also getting much closer to the city centre – we are now within just a few hundred metres of Manchester Arena and Manchester Victoria train station, and can offer private off-road parking for visitors.
So we are happy to announce that as of the time of writing, Tuesday 7th April 2015, we can now be found at the following address:
Downtex Warehouse 17 Mary Street Manchester M3 1NH
A map showing the new location can be seen here: http://goo.gl/mQIo29
We ask you to kindly bear with us whilst we get settled and carry out some small building works! All other contact information remains the same.
Also please keep an eye out for more news on the space next door, there are some great developments that we can reveal more information on very soon… http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/plans-new-nightclub-arts-venue-8680795
