Neuron had a particularly stylish evening last Thursday after we provided our services for 3 events at Fashion’s Night Out. The occasion, which is usually hosted annually in London by Vogue magazine, was in Manchester for the very first time. The internationally renowned public relations agency, Purple PR, enlisted Neuron’s services to provide a sound system for the Vogue after party at the Malmaison Hotel. DJs on the night were synth pop duo I am a Camera and Vogue’s very own fashion coordinator, Julia Hobbs. Neuron’s event technicians deployed four Void Impulse 4t with Powersoft K3 amplifiers, and a Pioneer CDJ1000 & DJM800 setup for the DJs.
Over on King Street, at the luxury lingerie brand, Agent Provocateur, a discrete system was supplied for the DJ for the evening, Moxie. We installed a Void Mycro system along with Pioneer Nexus DJ equipment.
The Urmston designer, Jean Jackson, used the evening to launch her new Northern Quarter base of Jean Jackson Couture. Manchester’s leading bridal wear designer needed a high-end system that would complement the launch of her boutique. It was decided that our striking Air Motion and Stasys 218 system would be the best solution for this task, with the use of LED up lighters adding to the overall effect.
